Later, when Peter holds Danko at gunpoint at Danko's apartment, the analyst alerts Nathan, telling him that they "have a situation".
Exposed
After Danko tells the workers on the floor that Peter and Matt are their highest priorities, the analyst tells Danko that they have a lead on their location - Manhattan. Later, the analyst is seen working as Matt and Peter infiltrate Building 26 using telepathic commands. When the analyst notices them on a camera, he reports this to Nathan, Danko, and Noah. The analyst listens as Noah tells of Matt's weaknesses.
Shades of Gray
The analyst tells Danko that Matt Parkman's bomb-strapped vest is ready for detonation, although there's a "problem": Nathan has arrived on scene.
