Cellular generation is the ability to generate extra cells from ones body in order to heal or either enlarge or duplicate an existing body part.
Limits
This is not a passive ability and therefor any aspect of this power will not occur unless activated - so this means that the user must be conscious. From this follows that this ability does not grant immortality nor anti-aging. But the ability allows full regeneration of a small wound to whole limb or organ. The person can also create a copy of a certain part of their body(like arm or leg) and set the body location where it would grow. The newly created part can be disintegrated at any time. Enlargement of any body part is also possible (ex. increasing of the breast size). Any aspect of this ability is accomplished by the process of mitosis.

He has demonstrated this by duplicating both his arms, creating a total of 4 arms and also regenerated his left eye.
