Captain Chase arrives at the investigation and is briefed by a SWAT sergeant. When he sees a paper with the word Odessa written on it, he asks what it means. Later, when Elisa Thayer finishes interrogating the terrorist, he tells her that he need to take the terrorist in, but Elisa refuses.
