After Hiro teleports and time travels to November 8th in New York City, the cop, a detective, and other police officers arrive at Isaac's loft. When the cop sees Hiro pointing a gun at Isaac's dead and mutilated body, the officer points his gun at Hiro and tells him to put his "damn hands up".
