The reporter talks directly to camera about a man strapped with explosives on Capitol Hill, and describes the arrival of Senator Nathan Petrelli to talk to the bomber, which she describes as an amazing turn of events. She explains that some people have suggested that the Senator knows the bomber personally, and says that viewers will be kept updated.
