The liquid man is an evolved human who was captured for bag and tag by the Company 18 years ago on Noah Bennet's first assignment.
Character History
The Line
Ivan tells Noah that the series of eight paintings are in the warehouse, near the train yard "where [they] tagged the liquid man."
Graphic Novel:Team Building Exercise
18 years ago, Company agents Maarten, Ivan and their trainee Noah, arrive at a train yard in Odessa, Ukraine to find the Liquid man. Ivan and Maarten spot him and tell him to stop. The Liquid man asks them to leave him alone and when Maarten threatens him, the Liquid man uses his ability to get past the two agents.
Under Noah's instructions, Ivan and Maarten manage to use their skills as Company agents to force the Liquid man to back into a train. Noah and Ivan hold their guns up at him while Maarten scares him by firing concentrated streams of fire towards him. The liquid man hides inside the train, which Noah locks. The agents celebrate in a job well done but soon find a problem. How will they tag someone who can become water?
