Telepathy is the ability to hear other's thoughts.
Characters
Matt Parkman is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
Matt has little control over his ability. He can be overwhelmed by intense thoughts, as happened in the episode Hiros. He is also unable to read the Haitian's mind.
