Limits

Tom is able to cause objects to break down, making them collapse. Tom focuses on a target while vibrating his hand, which begins to vibrate at the same rate as his hand, and when he snaps his fingers, the target breaks down (I Am Sylar). Tom was also worried that he would break down Sylar with his ability, suggesting it may work on organic matter.
