A boy is a victim of an attempted kidnapping.
Character History
Graphic Novel:Cog
While walking on the street, Jenkins notices the victim screaming from a window, and sees a masked assaulter covering the boy's mouth. Pretty soon, the kidnappers are subdued by Jenkins, who tries to comfort the boy when police officers arrive.
