Character History
Unaired pilot
Captain Chase arrives at the investigation and is briefed by a SWAT sergent. When he sees a paper with the word Odessa written on it, he asks what it means. Later, when Elisa Thayer finishes interrogating the terrorist, he tells her that he need to take the terrorist in, but Elisa refuses. He then questions Matt about his weight and how it feels to have failed the SWAT entrance exams so many times.
Later, Matt tells the Captain he can find the other terrorists, but with a condition attached.
