Hiro eats a bit, visibly disgusted by it but unaware it is the food that Usutu is describing. Ando does not eat any at all. Hiro asks what he is supposed to do next. He says the food is made from the roots of a tambotie tree and hyena dung and tells Hiro to wait. In a few moments, Hiro's eyes [[Precognition|turn white]] and he falls onto his back. Ando tries to revive him, but to no avail.
