- Felicia is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
The limits or even the true nature of this power are currently unknown. Felicia has only been seen using it twice-- once to threaten Noah Bennet and another during a training session with Donna Dunlap. Donna claimed Felicia was killing her by using the ability during their fight. (Career Choices)
