Evolved Human Abilities
Howie Kaplan has the ability to emit tar from his hands. He has demonstrated this ability, using it to throw tar at Rachel Mills and cause her to slip. He also seems to unknowingly secrete tar when in states of agitation, such as when his life was endangered.
