Howie Kaplan is an evolved human with the ability to secrete oil from his body.
Character History
Graphic Novel:Hanging By a Thread
On the first appearance of Howie, he was run away from Rachel. He use your hability to down Rachel and escape, but his plan is stopped when Rachel and its ability to handle surprise, Howie falls from a building but it is insured by Rachel. Rachel, after receiving a message, falls next to Howie and teleportation is with him. After you save, Howie go home.
Evolved Human Abilities
Howie Kaplan has the ability to secrete crude oil from his hands. He has demonstrated this ability, using it to throw oil at Rachel Mills and cause her to slip. He also seems to unknowingly secrete oil when in states of agitation, such as when his life was endangered.
