He is the attendant of a parking garage in New York, NY where Hiro and Ando parked their Nissan Versa.
Character History
The Fix
The parking attendant asks Ando 48,50$ for one day parking. Ando claims they only are 2 minutes late but he finally pays the attendant who gives him the Nissan Versa's key back.
Notes
While Ando is paying, Hiro focuses on the attendant's office clock, trying to use his power, but he fails.
