Sylar kills Elle and takes her phone. When he looks through the list of contacts, he sees Elizabeth's name.

Matt and Peter break into a computer worker's office and hack into Building 26's computer system. The discover a list of prisoners, including Elizabeth, whose status is listed as "734209-53".
Heroes Evolutions
According to an event message on the Heroes: Survival online role-playing game, Elizabeth is killed at the hands of The Watcher.
