Theodore Sprague is taken to FBI Headquarters to be interrogated by Matt Parkman and Audrey Hanson. Later, she calls Matt to inform him that Ted escaped. Behind her, a car burns.

Surrounded by a seemingly insurmountable military presence, Ted is sprayed with liquid concrete at an AWI leader's behest. The substance hardens, trapping Ted. He uses his powers to burst through the concrete and escape. He kills at least three men in the process, though the leader seems to escape.
