Evolved Human Abilities
Howie Kaplan has the ability to emit crude oil from his hands. He has demonstrated this ability, using it to throw oil at Rachel Mills and cause her to slip. He also seems to unknowingly secrete oil when in states of agitation, such as when his life was endangered.
