About
"Volume Four" begins three weeks later. Nathan meets with someone in a limousine in Washington, DC, saying that their only option is to get the U.S. government involved. While the other man is going through files of Tracy, Micah, Mohinder, Matt, and Hiro, Nathan says that there are many others with powers. Stating that the evidence the man needs is there, Nathan reveals his plan: to put all powered individuals in a facility where they won't be a danger to anyone. The man agrees to get him whatever he needs, and Nathan leaves the limousine, saying "Thank you, Mr. President."
