Mit den Worten "Es ist nicht das Schwert, sondern der Mann der es führt. Und dieser Mann ist bereit!" nimmt Hiro Andos Schwert und Teleportirt sich zurück nach Kirby Plaza um Sylar zu töten.

Als Hiro im Jahr 1671 ankommt, sieht er Takezo Kensei das Schwert halten.

Staffel 2

Vier Monate später...

Nachdem Hiro Kensei gerettet hat, flieht dieser und hinterlässt das Schwert. Als der echte Kensei auftaucht nimmt er es Hiro aus der Hand und trägt es fortan am Rücken. Doch vor den Toren Otsus entreißt die Tochter des Schwertschmieds Kensei das Schwert.
