Agent Paul Harding dies in the explosion at the hands of an army of Julien clones.

In a voicemail sent by Evsdropr, Harding was revealed to have also been involved in the capture of the German. His partner, Dekker, called Thompson, Jr. to let him know that Harding had detected the German's pulses and that they were unable to contact the capturing team.
According to the assignment tracker map, Paul Harding is an evolved human agent in the Company, paired with Ahlrich Dekker. He has the ability to manipulate the hair on his body. He is located in Washington, DC, and has been seen in Philadelphia, PA, and in Berlin, Germany.
In a post on Evs Dropper's blog, Harding says that he has been taking DNA samples in a rural town that has a number of people with low-level abilities, and that he has noticed the water of the local river keeps turning blue. In another post, Ahlrich Dekker says that he and Harding are heading to Calgary, Canada in pursuit of their target.
