An Invisible Thread
Sylar (disguised as Nathan) arranges a meeting with the President in order to sample his DNA and take his form. The President is giving a speech at the Stanton Hotel, so Sylar and Claire arrive there and the White House Chief of Staff Liam Samuels gets the Secret Service to escort them to the Presidential suite to wait until the speech is finished. Sylar forces Claire to pour them wine and suggests that she may eventually love him and become his "first First Lady".
Nathan and Peter arrive at the hotel, and Nathan reveals his power to Liam to demonstrate the danger the President is in, and how only he and Peter can stop Sylar. The Petrellis arrive at the suite just as Sylar throws Claire through the door, and they both fly in to attack him. Peter manages to touch Sylar and gain his power, but Sylar throws Nathan into another room and cuts his throat, killing him.
Matt and Angela find Nathan's body, just as Peter shape shifts into the President, and lures Sylar into the limousine where he tranquilizes him. Noah brings Sylar up to the room, where Angela convinces Matt to wipe Sylar's mind and make him think he's Nathan.
Shadowboxing
When "Nathan" wakes up at the carnival, he briefly has a flashback of the events in the presidential suite of the Stanton.
Brother's Keeper
When "Nathan" touches the body of the real Nathan, he has a flood of flashbacks, including one of the events in the presidential suite of the Stanton.
Thanksgiving
While explaining to her sons the reason why she infused Sylar with the dead Nathan's memories, Angela recalls Peter and Nathan flying off to stop Sylar at "that hotel in Washington".
Graphic Novel:Consequences
Angela Petrelli recalls all of the times that she has tried to put off Nathan's death and remembers when Sylar actually killed him in the Stanton Hotel.
