The Company's assignment tracker identifies four categories for each evolved human's ability and provides level data for each one: biological, cerebral, elemental, and temporal/spatial. One theory is that each ability can be classified by analyzing this data. Abilities analyzed by the assignment tracker should be grouped in the category whose level is the highest.
Biological: Interactions with the body

Temporal/Spatial: Interactions with matter
