Using his ability to absorb the abilities of other evolved humans, as well as his ruthless and cold-blooded personality, Arthur Petrelli has been responsible for the deaths or injuries of the following victims.

Kills
- Au Co -- During his time as "Dallas", Arthur shoots Au Co and holds "Austin" back from healing her. (War Buddies, Part 5)
- Au Co villagers -- "Dallas" opens fire on the village, causing large explosions and killing several villagers.
- Adam Monroe -- Arthur absorbs Adam's power to regenerate, causing the 400-year-old Adam to rapidly age and die, having been reduced to dust. (Dying of the Light)
- Maury Parkman -- Arthur telekinetically breaks Maury's neck. (Eris Quod Sum)
- Usutu -- Arthur rips Usutu's head from his body. (Villains)
