In her quest to fulfill her destiny, Miko has killed or otherwise harmed many enemies both in Evernow and in the real world.

Kills

• Enemy warriors in Evernow — While fighting her way through Evernow to rescue her father and later Tommy Clark, Miko killed many enemy warriors generated by the game. (Brave New World, Odessa, Project Reborn)
• Kaiju Bandit — Outside the Eternal Fortress, Miko came face to face with the 20-foot tall Kaiju Bandit. After Ren's avatar helped her take it down by slicing the back of its ankles, Miko killed the Kaiju Bandit by stabbing her sword through its neck. (Game Over)
• Dark Miko — Inside the Eternal Fortress, Miko faced off with Dark Miko twice. The second time, Miko ducked a sword swing by her opponent, got behind her and decapitated Dark Miko, killing her. (Game Over)
• Harris Prime — At Sunstone Manor, Harris Prime interrupted a stand-off between Miko and his clones to fight Miko himself. While Miko had the upper hand at first, Harris Prime was eventually able to beat her with his axe and nearly killed her. However, Miko noticed her midsection briefly disappearing and stabbed the sword part of her staff through her missing midsection and then Harris Prime behind her, mortally wounding him. With Harris Prime down, Miko decapitated him, killing Harris Prime. (Send in the Clones)
• Harris's clones -- In the Renautas Research Division, Miko sliced a Harris clone in half with her sword. (Game Over) All active Harris clones were killed when Miko killed Harris Prime. (Send in the Clones)

Other Victims

• Guards at Yamagato Tower — After emerging from Evernow in Yamagato Tower, Miko fought around a dozen guards in the lobby before eventually being subdued by Harris Prime. When Ren Shimosawa later arrived at the tower, many were being treated by medical personnel for various injuries. (Under the Mask)
• Harris Prime — After arriving in Yamagato Tower, Miko fought Harris Prime but was subdued by him. Miko later cut off Harris Prime's hand in order to escape, resulting in him growing a clone. (Under the Mask) While invading the Kravids' home, Miko struck Harris Prime while retrieving the Kensei sword (The Lion's Den) and briefly hit him after emerging from Evernow in the Renautas Research Division. (Game Over)
• Harris's clones — At the Kravids' home, Miko briefly engaged a Harris clone as well as Harris Prime. (The Lion's Den) She later engaged an army of Harris clones outside Sunstone Manor before Harris Prime called them off to fight her himself. (Send in the Clones)
• Noah Bennet — Upon emerging from Evernow in the Renautas Research Division, Miko attacked Noah before Noah talked her down since they were both trying to rescue Hiro Nakamura and were thus allies. (Game Over)
• Hachiro Otomo — On June 14, 2014, Hachiro brings Katana Girl to life as Miko and she attacks him, confused by where she is and who Hachiro is. Hachiro tells Miko that he is her father and she stops her attack, apologizing as she didn't recognize him. (June 13th, Part Two)
• Guards in Gateway — On her way through Gateway in 9972, Miko fought and injured many guards before being sent to Sunstone Manor by Tommy Clark. (11:53 to Odessa, Send in the Clones)
