A gallery of targets adorns the wall at Building 26, the location of Nathan's base of operation for tracking and capturing people who are or were once evolved humans.

History

Dual

Nathan shows the President some files about evolved humans and stresses how dangerous they are, stating he wants to capture them so they can no longer harm other people.
