Cloaking is the ability to cause things to disappear and reappear.

Limits
Not much is known about this ability as it has only had one sole demonstration. In it, Teddy swiped his hand downwards, causing a large container to disappear. When he swiped his arm again, the container reappeared in the same spot it had disappeared. Edgar's list says that Teddy "makes things appear and disappear".
