Michael Perfitt is a music engineer and mixer for Heroes.

Michael Perfitt's job involves digitally composing the score for each episode. He discusses some of his work in the video series Inside Heroes and explains there the general process that is used.
Besides his work on Heroes, Michael Perfitt has worked with various singers and musicians on their albums. He is credited as producer, engineer and mixer for Smash Mouth's album "Summer Girl" (2006), digital editor and engineer for Natasha Bedingfield's album "Unwritten" (2004), and engineer for Toby Lightman's album "Bird on A Wire" (2006).
