Perry Redfield was the elderly friend of Andrew Gavin and was an evolved human with the ability to move things with his mind.
Character History
Angola
Andrew arrives at Perry's home. Perry asks him if he has seen the news and Andrew explains that the government is rounding everyone up. Perry briefly mentions that the government tried something similar when he was younger. He then asks Andrew about Rictor, and Andrew tells him that they will never be "brothers". Tyson Russel and his team burst into the house, prompting Perry to send them flying with his ability. He and Andrew run but Perry is captured.

Danko reads a file of Perry, noting that he died in transport.
Evolved Human Abilities
Perry's power is described as Advanced Telekinesis. He is able to send dozens of objects flying at once. These objects are propelled with such force that they explode on contact with anything.
