Iris Montez is the mother of Santiago and has the ability to generate fire.

Character History

As Elisa runs from the government agents around her, she finds Iris, who has been captured and is being held at gunpoint by a female agent. Elisa is captured and Iris is knocked out. Later, she is listed as one of the prisoners onboard Flight 195.

Side Story: Teardrop Part 1

Iris sits with Elisa as everyone around them enjoys a welcome home party for Elisa. Iris notices something wrong with her and asks how her time in America was. Elisa and Iris talk about Elisa's feelings up until Santiago asks Elisa for a dance. Iris then continues to enjoy the night with some dancing.

Side Story: Teardrop Part 2

Iris is confirmed to have escaped the crash of Flight 195 but Elisa tells Santiago that she was unable to find her.
