Presidential News Conference! Aaah!
So there's a presidential news conference going on right now... it's been going on for roughly an hour now. I think it might run over into Heroes airtime. If it does, are they going to air it again? What's the protocol for this type of thing? Sincerely, Thrashmeister [ U | T | C ] 20:59, 9 February 2009 (EST)
- Hopefully they'll just delay the start of the show and make up the time with fewer commercials or offset the rest of their programming for the night to compensate. Just make sure to adjust your DVRs! If they do cut into it then I guess there's always Hulu tomorrow. (Admin 21:01, 9 February 2009 (EST))
- For scheduled events like this, if it runs over then the show that it ran over...on, I guess is the wording...will always be delayed. Bloodbath 22:51, 9 February 2009 (EST)
Holy crap.
That was an amazing episode. I think Heroes is finally regaining some of its old spark. I'm really looking forward to the rest of the season and the future of the show. Sincerely, Thrashmeister [ U | T | C ] 22:04, 9 February 2009 (EST)
- Agreed...it was a really good episode. Bloodbath 22:07, 9 February 2009 (EST)

Daphne
- So, does anyone think that she may still be alive? Bloodbath 22:06, 9 February 2009 (EST)
Luke
- I kind of like the idea of Sylar having a little sidekick and Luke isn't a bad character. Bloodbath 22:09, 9 February 2009 (EST)
- It's kind of unexpected, but I like it! I'm really anxious to see where they take this apprenticeship. Sincerely, Thrashmeister [ U | T | C ] 22:12, 9 February 2009 (EST)
- Dude i was literly typing a what do you think about luke post, but i was a few seconds to late because right when i click edit there was your's right there, anyway he's seems like a little brother towards Sylar. Datnymonster 22:16, 9 February 2009 (EST)
- Something tells me Luke is more than just "like" a little brother towards Sylar. I've got a feeling he's somehow related to Samson. [/crazed theory] -Whizzles 23:08, 9 February 2009 (EST)
Lead image
Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe one of those shots when Nathan is talking on the phone, and they show like a dual image of the past events that he's talking about. Anyone get what I'm referring to? Sincerely, Thrashmeister [ U | T | C ] 23:13, 9 February 2009 (EST)
- Yeah, I like that. It was a unique storytelling device. Greg Beeman and Scott Ostrowsky even talked about it a bit on Beeman's blog. Plus it had a nice little reveal at the end. I say go with Nathan on the phone. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 23:48, 9 February 2009 (EST)
- The reveal was very expected though. Bloodbath 00:11, 10 February 2009 (EST)
Noah and Peter
I think that Noah is doing this to protect Claire. Nathan probably promised her saftey if he helped out. Bob promised something similar at the end of Generations. Also that was interesting: Noah let Peter escape and Nathan didn't mind. Sure he knew Peter would be back again, but it means that he doesn't want Peter dead and is willing to let him escape to acomplish that. Ultimatly I think if he has to chose between Peter and what he's doing I believe Nathan will choose Peter. He cares for him too much. He did that with the explosion at the end of season 1 and he'll probably do it again if it comes down to it. It reminds me of a show I saw once, don't remember the name, it was on one of those HBO like channels that you get if you get that AT and T UVerse thing: on the show there were two extremly different identical twin brothers, one (the stronger and more athletic and probably older one) said to his brother that he'd fight for him, protect him and kill for him if nessacary just because he was his brother. The kid's mother said the same thing later on. Later when the brother who said that was accidently killed, the other one visited his killer in jail and promised to kill him for what he did. It was an accident, but the guy who did it was a major bully that picked on him. Ultimatly the two became friends (the killer's only other friend killed himself and it turns out the only one who cared about him even a little was the brother of the person he killed, his own parents wouldn't see him), but after the kid got out after a year, he murdered him in cold blood in revenge for his death because despite their differences, he loved his brother a lot and didn't want his murderer to get away with it alive. No one ever knew what he did. He was only 12 when he killed the guy too. It shows that blood is thicker than water and when it comes right down to it, you tend to choose your own family over whatever else you want.--WarGrowlmon18 23:43, 9 February 2009 (EST)
