Lines are drawn and the hunt is on as our Heroes begin their lives on the run - Emmy award-winner Željko Ivanek, Brea Grant and Dan Byrd guest star – Following a chain of unexpected events, our Heroes are on the run from their latest adversary and one of their own, Nathan Petrelli (Adrian Pasdar). After Matt (Greg Grunberg) paints a series of prophetic images, the tragic fate of someone close to him is revealed. Elsewhere, Sylar (Zachary Quinto) continues his search for his father and encounters a young outcast (guest star Dan Byrd) with information and an ability of his own. Jack Coleman, Ali Larter, James Kyson Lee, Masi Oka, Hayden Panettiere, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Cristine Rose and Milo Ventimiglia also star. Ashley Crow and Ntare Mwine also guest star.

Fan Theories
- To survive, the heroes will need each other's trust, and Claire's blood.
- The title refers to a bond between the heroes on the run. They can only be separated by death.
- The title refers to how far our heroes will go to stay safe, or protect other heroes.
- The aftermath of the plane crash is shown to have killed many background characters, including the government agents and the pilot-- but Peter, Claire, Tracy and other main characters on the plane escaped alive.
- Daphne will die, or see her death in a near future through Matt's prophetic painting.
- Following the crash, Matt has a vision of Janice giving birth to their son, Matthew, but something goes wrong and she dies or both are abducted by government agents after the baby.
- Ando's supercharger power will allow Claire to heal people she touches.
- Daphne will die but Claire will heal her thanks to Ando's supercharger power.
- Ando supercharges Daphne and they teleport people to their homes and families.
- Ando supercharges Peter and he gains modified empathic mimicry. He then gains everyones' powers who are within a certain radius of him.
- Ando may allow Peter to absorb more than one power, supercharging his new ability.
- Claire's blood may heal/fix/manipulate Peter's ability back to the original empathic mimicry.
- This episode is about families: the Petrellis, Matt's family and Tracy's family.
