Dania Ramírez is the Latina-American actress who portrays Maya Herrera.
About
Besides Heroes, Dania Ramírez has been an actress in several television series. She was in episode Gypsy Road of 10-8: Officers on Duty as "Inez", three episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, as "Caridad", and five episodes of The Sopranos as "Blanca Selgado". Following Heroes, she had a recurring role as "Alex" in Entourage, and a major role in the film Premium Rush.
Additionally, Dania Ramírez appeared in the film X-Men: The Last Stand (2006) as "Callisto". She has also been an actress in several other films including Fat Albert (2004) as "Lauri", The Fifth Commandment (2006) as "Angel", and television movie Romy and Michele: In the Beginning (2005) as "Elena". Right before she worked on Heroes, she appeared in Illegal Tender (2007).
In addition to her acting, Dania became a model for CoverGirl in August 2009.
