Sylar's superior passes by Sylar in the gallery of Primatech Research and spits in his face.
Later, he joins Sylar at Rachel St. John's apartment after Sylar's unauthorized mission. He orders other agents to take Tina Ramierez and Michael Fitzgerald back into custody, and for the Haitian to "process" Rachel.
