When did he get called Jim?--Bob 15:15, 5 May 2007 (EDT)
- I can't tell but when Hardvice undid (can we say this?) the edit, he wrote the following summary : "(Even if this is true, it belongs on Future Haitian)". So I just assumed it was true. But I also am interested in knowing when this name is said! -- FrenchFlo (talk) 15:21, 5 May 2007 (EDT)
- If anything, it's an actor slip-up referring to Jim the actor (though they all call him Jimmy).--Bob 15:37, 5 May 2007 (EDT)
- Yeah, seems odd. I'll tweak the note a bit so it doesn't sound like our unnamed friend is good ol' "Jim". — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:01, 5 May 2007 (EDT)
- Getting back to this, he never says "Jim". I'm watching it right now. --DocM 10:24, 14 May 2008 (EDT)
- If I'm not mistaken, they changed the audio for the DVD. So if you're watching the DVD, you're right, nobody says "Jim". That was only included in the aired version, I think. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:19, 14 May 2008 (EDT)

Rene (Explosion future)?
so why exactly are we keeping it here? Even in this alternate future his name was still Rene, just nobody knew it. In this same time period Sparrow was running around NYC, and we have her listed as having terrakinesis even though she never displayed it in this timeline. When it comes to page names I think we should call him the hatian or rene, but not both.--Piemanmoo 03:17, 1 December 2009 (EST)
- dissagree. keep as the hatian.
This shouldn't have been moved
- His name in this time period is the haitian, it shouldn't be changed to René. I'm putting it up for a name change. --mc_hammark 11:34, 15 January 2010 (EST)
- His name is René. That doesn't change, just because he hadn't been named that way yet. (If Zimmerman's first name was revealed right now to be Friedrich, we would change his page to Friedrich Zimmerman.) All references to him on the page, however, should still refer to him as The Haitian. --Ricard Desi (t,c) 13:41, 15 January 2010 (EST)
- There is a difference. In that future he was known as the haitian. Matt even calls him that. That's what he was known as at the time. The same way that we refer to him as The Haitian when in past episodes, so it should be here, because this was before we knew his name. --mc_hammark 13:49, 15 January 2010 (EST)
- That doesn't change the fact that his name is still René. --Ricard Desi (t,c) 14:38, 15 January 2010 (EST)
- Yes, his formal name is René, but he was known as and referred to as the haitian. --mc_hammark 14:41, 15 January 2010 (EST)
- I've dealt with it the same way it is on René's normal page: the page is still "René", but all references to him during the times when he was still "The Haitian" are changed appropriately. --Ricard Desi (t,c) 15:02, 15 January 2010 (EST)
