Usage/move to main page?

Does anyone else want this moved to the main page? I think with the increase in Evolutions activity, this would be pretty useful.--Bob (talk) 03:41, 6 December 2007 (EST)

  • I wonder if it could be trimmed to be something more like "For the latest Heroes Evolutions additions (or content or something), see here." Or maybe the full text is better, I don't know. I think the idea is great and definitely should be included on the main page, but I am just worried about how much to include so we don't clutter up the main page. As it is, this template would either have as much content as, or even more content than the average Latest Episode section. I would prefer to see less than more here. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 09:37, 6 December 2007 (EST)
    • I only posted the full content of each new entry because they're not that lengthy. Now, if it was one of the Hana posts with the entire article, then a shortened excerpt would be appropriate with a link like "Click to read more" or something like that. But I think this should go up relatively soon.--Bob (talk) 16:56, 10 December 2007 (EST)
      • There's new stuff up right now. I'll go ahead and take care of adding it to the main page. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 20:42, 10 December 2007 (EST)
        • What is the intent for it's placement on the page when the latest episode template returns? -- Lulu .:talk:. 20:56, 10 December 2007 (EST)
          • It should be able to fit. It's not that big. I still think we should have the latest episode up somewhere...maybe not as prominent as before?--Bob (talk) 20:59, 10 December 2007 (EST)
            • The two should be able to coexist peacefully...What is your plan for keeping the latest ep around? How big and where? I think about a week after How to Stop an Exploding Man, we commented the section out until the episodes returned. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:32, 10 December 2007 (EST)

Mailto

Should we change the true-type to a mailto for the researchers@yamagatofellowship.org e-mail address? Normally, I don't think it would be an issue but this is for the main page so I'm double checking what people think.--MiamiVolts (talk) 02:06, 13 February 2008 (EST)

Dream submissions

Two dreams that were submitted have been published in activatingevolution.org; is it notable enough to be added to the main page?--Referos 19:34, 19 February 2008 (EST)

  • I would say so, particularly considering Evolutions has been pretty slow lately. -- Lulu (talk) 19:35, 19 February 2008 (EST)
    • Hana's dead! C'mon, what do you expect her to do? :) Personally, I don't think we should mention any content from ae.org which is added or submitted by fans. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 19:37, 19 February 2008 (EST)
      • I agree, but if Mohinder publishes a review those submissions, then that would be a different story altogether. :)--MiamiVolts (talk) 19:38, 19 February 2008 (EST)
        • Absolutely. By the way, if we start adding fan-created submissions, we should start with the fan art or the fan-submitted graphic novel that was published on NBC.com. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 19:47, 19 February 2008 (EST)
        • Considering that the request for dreams has been up for several weeks has only turned up two results leads me to believe that the dreams either aren't fan created (perhaps they are meant to seem as such) or were approved by whoever may manage the non-fan-editable content of ae.org. -- Lulu (talk) 19:43, 19 February 2008 (EST)
          • Still, approval doesn't necessarily mean it needs to be added. I wouldn't mind a note about the new stuff, though. By the way, it's Joe Tolerico who updates that site. I should add that he sends me a weekly email with every update he makes (including every addition to the fan art section I linked above), but he never mentioned the ae.org dreams. Seems conspicuous to me. :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 19:47, 19 February 2008 (EST)

Webisodes coming in July

According to a release from NBC Digital Entertainment, Heroes webisodes will be coming out starting this July. Would those be considered "Evolutions", or a new category? --Psiphiorg 15:43, 2 April 2008 (EDT)

  • Probably not. They'll probably be considered either Multimedia or Production. It guess it depends on the content, eh? -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 16:01, 2 April 2008 (EDT)
    • I agree, depends on the content. If they turn out to be normal episodes that air on the web, then I think they should be considered "Episodes" but we can shelve that debate until we find out more.--MiamiVolts (talk) 17:24, 2 April 2008 (EDT)
