Like Adam theorized, killing the root kills the rest so Evan's eventual death should have killed all of his clones. + Evan's ability seems to be far superior to Julien's power: he created dozens of fully functional and fully clothed copies in seconds. It's possible (though unlikely) that his copies are of whatever age he wants.
Evan may be able to use his ability to duplicate objects without duplicating himself.	All of Evan's duplicates appear fully clothed and armed, so he is at least capable of producing objects along with clones.
