No two living evolved humans have the same power.

Ok, this theory is being debunked faster and faster, but it doesn't yet feel right to completely remove the theory in the slight chance that we're seeing similar, but not the same ability shared by Claire/Kensei and Nathan/West.
I used the strikethrough tags because it quickly conveys that this item was at one time true/plausible, but has been disproved. Is there a better way to do this?
Now that we're at 1 plus, 1 negated point, and like 5 minuses, does this theory get removed and put in a "Disproved theories" section? --NissanVersaDootDoot 14:43, 3 October 2007 (EDT)

Evolved twins have alterante powers that are used together, such as Maya's and Alejandro's.

Would assert that they each get one part of the same power. Maya can bring about the "Black Plague" and Alejandro can remove it. Where, if the power had been given to one person, they would be able to bring about or remove the "Black Plague" on their own. This would also explain why the "Black Plague" doesn't harm Alejandro. Since his power is also "Black Plague", just the curative portion of it, he too gains immunity to it.

about Niki and Jessica

i think we should remove the comment comparing Niki and Jessica to Maya and Alejandro b/c Niki and Jessica aren't twins...apperently Niki is older, plus we shouldn't actually consider Jessica a possesion b/c Bob stted she suffers from Multiple Identity disorder--Anthony Gooch 13:47, 8 November 2007 (EST)

Alchemy

Since Bob Bishop was the "evolved" who had this ability, it would be fine that he didn't know how to harness the true nature of his ability. Bishop could had studying physiology and bio-chemistry and took it to a new level. However, since Sylar acquired this power, he should of had the knowledge of how to use it. Alchemy is not only the power to turn objects to gold. Alchemy is the power to alter the chemical composition of anything he touches into its elemental components. In other words, the power to change objects into more complex molecules like organic systems, allowing him to change transmuted living beings back to normal. With a powerful ability like this, Sylar would really become unstoppable. Maybe in the new season, we would see a powerful Sylar.

It is named alchemy because that how it was called in a BTE, and Bob knew he could turn stuff into things other than gold, a BTE said that when Maury made Niki go after him, he would turn the wooden door into metal, but they decided against it when they couldn't make it look good enough.
