Abilty Detection is the ability to detect what abilities, latent or manifested an evolved human possesses. If latent can predict (give or take thirty days) when they will manifest. The level of accuracy will increase with experience.
Characters
- Joseph Edward (Deceased) naturally possessed this ability.
- Remer Edward absorbed this ability from his father, Joseph Edward.
Limits
Joseph Edward
Joe had a great degree of control over his ability. He was able to determine when a latent evolved human would manifest within seven days. He could determine what ability an evolved human would have (or latent would develop) by proximity. He area of detection was 60' with him as the center point.
Remer Edward
Remer is able to determine when a latent evolved human would manifest within thirty days. He can determine what ability an evolved human would have (or latent would develop) by proximity. His area of detection was 15' with him as the center point.
Remer has discovered two unexpected benefits of this ability. The first is that it grants him a higher than average level of control over the abilities he absorbs or mimics and the second is that it allows him to mimic an unlimited number of abilities so long as he does not mimic too many too quickly. If he mimics too many, too quickly there is a chance he will overload his system. If that happens, he can lose up to fifty percent of all mimicked abilities. This does not affect the abilities that he has absorbed.
