Pain absorption is the ability to absorb and project varying degress of pain.

Limitations

Pain absorption is the ability to absorb or project sensations of pain in a person. From something as simple as a pin prick, or massive amounts of pain from a severe injury. The individual whose pain is absorbed feels none of the original pain from the injury, the user however feels the pain to a severity on occasions where the mind reacts by making the body imitate the symptoms similar to an injury. When the user absorbed a person's pain from a broken nose the user began to suffer a nosebleed.

Another aspect seen is the user once he has absorbed the sensation it will dissipate but when put under extreme distress, the user can project those sensations onto another with an amplified version of the pain making it extremely severe.

The user has to have previously felt the sensation in order to project it. Once the user has felt the sensation they can selectively pick a pain sensation to project, similar to Peter's empathic ability. The user must also be in close proximity to the individual feeling the pain, he cannot be in New York and feel the pain from a person in Los Angeles.
