Petrifying, also known as Lapidifying and Medusa's curse is the ability to turn any object, even humans into stone with visual contact.
Limits

Kiki needs to clearly see the object she is going to transform into stone, as well as the victim (in case of a human or animal) needs to see her too. A good defense against her is seeing her through a reflective surface. She also can't use her ability if the direct visual contact is blocked - by wearing glasses or using other techniques such as covering eyes with hands. Kiki has petrified a TV and several people.
