Homeostatic equilibriousity is the ability to bring any system or process into complete stability.

No living character is known to have this ability.
Limits
The user of this ability can bring any biological, chemical, or physical process into complete equilibrium. This ability only works on things within the line of sight of the user, and only holds the process in equilibrium until natural forces shift it back out (in which case the power would have to be re-exerted). This power cannot be used on more than nine processes at one time, and can only be used on living organisms that consent (though consent can be inactive in the form of survival instinct). Additionally, the ability cannot be used to cause any negative effects on living things.
