Daniel Grunwald was the father of the three Grunwald kids and the husband of Diane Grunwald. He didn't have a known ability and was killed by a heart attack at the age of 51.
He shows up alive, and takes Dylan's abilities rendering him powerless. He then plans to take over the world and kill the other people with abilities, including Garrett.
