Character History
Origin
In early October 2006, Zoey Mizirov woke up to the sound of a newspaper flying against the door of her apartment. Opening the door, Zoey grabbed the paper and groaned when she realized it was written in Spanish - a mistake on the delivery service's part. With a cup of coffee in one hand, she decided she would try to decipher the news anyway instead of getting the courier service on the phone. To her surprise, every story in the paper came naturally to her, despite being in a language she'd never studied.
Zoey took the day off work in order to figure out the circumstances of her situation. She began flipping through foreign-language television stations, changing the settings on her personal computer, etc. As an eclipse shone in the sky above, Zoey considered consulting someone about this revelation. Questions raced through her mind at a thousand miles an hour.
Deciding to check out a local library to test her ability even further, Zoey stumbled upon a copy of Activating Evolution. The topics at hand interested her, supporting some of her most radical theories. She checked out the book, but on her walk back to the apartment, she was stopped by a mysterious, silent man and quickly passed out.
The next morning, Zoey awoke in her bed with no memory since her trip to the library. Activating Evolution was gripped tight in her hands, with a post-it note sticking out. She flipped to the indicated page, discovering a section on mental abilities, such as what the author referred to as telepathy, eidetic memory, and more.
Nearly a month passed. Zoey was now adept with her fluent speaking of English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, and Swedish, and was well aware that hundreds of other languages were within her grasp. In late October, while the city was swarmed with seemingly incessant political campaigns, Zoey was personally approached by an older man by the name of Daniel Linderman. He asked her if she wanted to be a part of something special, which after some time, she discovered was a plot to rig the election.
Through her discoveries, Zoey found out about a plot to cause a major explosion in the centre of New York City. This caused her to leave the city and take up residence in New Jersey only days before New York City was leveled.
