So I may got some, what do you guys think?

Tabula Rasa is latin for blank slate, so could it be that when Sylar sees his history and it terrified, but that he now has a blank slate so doesn't have to worry about his past, or when Sylar comes to the carnival, that he has a blank slate?
The Second Coming, Nathan has just been shot and the second coming is that Claire gets her head sliced open by Sylar?

Cautionary Tales
