Dash, like Bubba is a former employee of the company.
History
The company utilized him as an assassin, able to sweep in, kill and disappear without a trace. He was trained to be a ghost and as such, Dash has a difficult time speaking to others. After leaving the company, he renounced killing and became deadly efficient at not killing people leaving them wounded but able to fully recover. Working for REBEL, he functions as a scout. He wears two retractable, wrist-mounted blades that he uses in combat.
Powers
Dash has the power of super speed. He estimates his top speed being near three times the speed of sound which he can maintain for over 15 minutes before feeling any sort of fatigue. Relative to other speed users he is faster than Edgar but slower than Daphne. He can run for over 3 hours before he tires. Because he can move so quickly, when he accesses his ability he describes the world around him moving in slow motion. He can effectively dodge bullets, melee attacks and thrown items with ease. Ethan describes his ability as the ‘most fun to borrow’.
