In the City of Lights, an evil lurks in shadow. |
Narrowly escaping death, Haram and Claude renew their hunt for the killer Fusor. They soon discover Fusor has found new prey... and find a shocking clue to Fusor's true identity... |
Summary
Claude and Haram have just found whom they thought was Rollo Fusor in a Paris hotel room, and now believe his partner, the woman, to be the real special. Under Haram's direction, they proceed to the roof, but not before she dehydrates a Paris utility worker. She pushes him off the roof and he falls several floors past the rooms of various Parisians. Bouncing off a car windshield, the worker narrowly misses an old lady and her dog.
This event, coupled Haram's gunfire, attracts a crowd. Haram and Claude, following behind, track her from roof to roof, down a ladder and into a Paris park. In the park, they appear to lose her and can only find a couple kissing under the moonlight. Just when they think they've lost her for good, Haram finds her fresh tracks in the grass. She responds by dehydrating a park tree that knocks Haram over and pins Claude's legs to the ground. The woman they are chasing approaches and grabs Haram by the throat, telling him that she hates running and that it makes her thirsty.

Trivia
- Paris is nicknamed "The City of Lights" since, in 1828, it was the first city in Europe to brilliantly light its main boulevards with gas street-lamps along its Champs-Élysées avenue.
- The French phrase "sacré coeur", exclaimed by one of the hotel's residents, literally means "sacred heart". The Basilica of the Sacred Heart ("Basilique du Sacré Coeur") is a famous landmark located in Paris.
- This was the first graphic novel to be presented in an animated video format as well as the normal graphic novel format.
