Still at the Paris park and trapped under a fallen tree, Claude turns invisible and hits Rollo Fusor's accomplice with a stick, forcing her to release Haram. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Haram grabs her by the arms and forces her to self-dehydrate into a pile of dust. Having finished their mission, Claude convinces Haram to agree to continue as his partner for another six months when police arrive to the park.

Sandra asks Mr. Muggles how one goes "back to the farm after you have seen gay Paris".

Daphne Millbrook travels to Paris. She tries to call her father from a Parisian hotel, but is informed by an hotel employee that the phone is off-limits for her. She later seeks refuge at Pont Neuf and seeks work at a florist's shop. However, Daphne never finds a life that suits her, and eventually steals from a hot roll vendor in a market. Samir Mellouk approaches her and says that he might have work for her, and Daphne begins working for Samir.
