Limits
Sylvia
According to a news report, Sylvia managed to leave an unfathomable wake of destruction following an incident in Brazil, where she is believed to have grown to amazing heights and rampaged through a city. When her life was threatened by Thompson, Sylvia showed that she is able to instantaneously alter her size as she managed to shrink so that she is smaller than a coin. Later, she grew big enough to easily lift a car and crush it with her foot.
Eric Lee Harrison
Eric can grow himself or shrink himself at will. The limits of how much he can grow are unknown. However, Eric can shrink himself down to be small enough to hide under comic book racks, as he did when he was in the Costa Verde branch of Sam's Comics (Faction Zero). When Claire picked him up, he fit in the palm of her hand. Interestingly enough, he was "surprisingly heavy", though it is unknown exactly how much Eric weighed when shrunk. He can apparently shrink his clothes too; he also has the capability of not shrinking personal effects, such as the phone he was carrying.
Examples
-
Sylvia changes her mass to be less than that of a Deutsche Mark.
(From the Files of Primatech, Part 5) -
She makes herself large enough...
