Season Two of Chronicles revolves around the government operation to capture all evolved humans, led by Danko. Old frienships are broken and lives are changed, as the former Company agents become fugitives. Season Two began airing on the 1st of September.

Tyson listens to his partner's doubts over the mission while Joshua gains a new ability. Meanwhile Tina receives a call to arms.

Jordan is imprisoned alongside Tracy Strauss and discovers the true meaning as to why his abilities are gone. Danko converses with collegues over his methods, much to the dismay of Noah and Tyson. Samantha and Rachel continue being hunted and Rachel soon learns her friend is capable of terrible things. Both Tina and Drake are located by the police and a new ability brings Danko's past to life.
